Our 'Forged In Iron' program is designed to be the framework to achieve any of your health and fitness goals.
The formula for good health never changes but our lives do, becoming a new father, change of role at work or just a long holiday can all take away from our weekly discipline. Now generally for most people a habit is formed and kept on average after 66 days (2 months) but the important aspect is the discipline that gets you there.
Over 30 days, you will be working closely with your coach to establish a consistent strategy and disciplined schedule for training and nutrition.
Each week your coach will be working with you to reinforce your strategy and help you with any problems along the way.
