Growing up I was never athletic, but puberty and girls changed all that and motivated me to get into lifting weights. At the time my initial motivation was to build confidence to talk to girls but I found a new love for just wanting to improve my health. At that moment I knew I wanted to make this my career.
Fast forward a few years and a mate of mine introduced me to CrossFit, we did our first workout (400meter lunge walk for time) and I was hooked. Along the way CrossFit has taught me many lessons, it's opened my mind about what health and fitness can truly do for people.
