Foundations Nutrition is an 8-week, science-driven program that teaches sustainable eating habits to fuel your performance and recovery. You’ll receive a personalised meal plan based on your calorie and macro needs, with weekly coach feedback and app-based tracking through Cronometer. With proven behavioral strategies and progress checkpoints, our gym in Meadowbrook helps you improve metabolism, energy, and accountability.
Our CrossFit program delivers functional training for real results. These 60-minute classes follow PRVN programming to blend strength, conditioning, and gymnastics into constantly varied workouts. With scaling options for all levels, you’ll build strength, boost endurance, and avoid plateaus. Each session includes a warm-up, movement prep, skill work, and a workout of the day (WOD), all backed by science and guided by our Meadowbrook gym’s supportive coaches.
Designed for serious athletes, Competitor classes at our gym in Meadowbrook take training to the next level. Supplement your daily class with extra strength, endurance, and skill sessions using PRVN competitor tracks. With intensity levels scaled 1–3, athletes train smarter, hit new thresholds, and prepare for competition. You’ll get structured guidance during solo sessions plus the camaraderie of weekly group training.
Sports Specific classes at our gym in Meadowbrook zero in on one CrossFit discipline each month—Weightlifting, Monostructural, or Gymnastics—for focused progression. Every Thursday, you’ll work on targeted drills, movement efficiency, and conditioning aligned with CrossFit’s development pyramid.
