Weekday Extras (Self-Guided, 45–75 mins): These sessions include endurance intervals, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and strongman components. Coaches provide detailed briefs, warm-ups, and cues to help you move with purpose. You’ll log progress and receive coach feedback as needed.
